As for me I will be watching these highlighted shows. (23 Series, 10 OVAs, and 5 Movies)

My top series will have to be Monogatari, just because the previous seasons, as well as TWGOK and Blood Lad. I am however, extremely excited to see Rozen Maiden (Victorian dress = hnnnngg), Kitakubu Katsudou Kiroku, and Gen'ei o Kakeru Taiyou. I have never watched 23 shows at one time before, but this season is just too good to put down a single show.
