your firewall is blocking the server.
turn your firewall off or add the gunz.exe to the exceptions list.

If you don't got internet try to connect on the right corner of your screen. Like the 5 bar's with probably an X through it. Try to connect to some wifi without a password. A neighbors one. And try again
