Sorry but how the fck do I revert this? It's still running somewhere. I want it deleted

The file adds registry values.
Before doing anything you should have made a registry backup.

To revert it, press start, in the field type regedit and hit enter.
Go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\" and delete the whole skype tree.

Restart your pc and it should be back to normal.
