I've tried reinstalling, port forwarding, etc.
My ping is always +120, people from the same province have a high ping. (I'm talking 120 +) I've tried firewall changes, router changes, all sorts of stuff. My ping is still high, my Internet is fairly exceptional. I don't lag when I play any other games.
Anyone have a solution?

Had the same problem today, I'm connected through a modem but still the EU people were like 180+ ping to me.
Probably server issues, never had it before but after a few hours everything was fine.
It also could have been my poor internet, my ISP sucks.

I get no NAT message, I'm from Canada. My ping has always been like this, I've never gotten a solution though.

Could you do a http://www.speedtest.net/ of the closest server and of a server in The Netherlands?
Also, try to restart your modem and router.
