if you want ecchi action watch the to-love-ru series, they're awesome imo

you also have anime such as sekirei/elfen lied etc.

I've seen elfen lied, but I really looking for something like SAO, the romance there was pretty neat and the action had it's part as well.

They got Romance inside?, That's probably one of the most important genre I'm looking for .

None of them really focus on Romance, but if I were to list them in order of most Romantic to least Romantic it would be: Guility Crown, Accel World, BTOOOM!, then the rest.

If you wanted Romance, I have tons of titles that fit into that genre, because that is what I prefer (RomComs/ Romantic Dramas/ Slice of Life Romance). Honestly I could go all freaking day (150 titles easy)

Romantic Comedies:
Kaichou wa Maid-sama!
Oreshura
The World God Only Knows - Video game aspects as well, you would like it

Ano Natsu de Matteru
Amagami (SS)
The Pet Girl of Sakurasou
