[Help - Launcher] FGunZ won't start, any suggestions?

hey,

whenever I try to play FGunZ this: http://i.imgur.com/SdwXSdU.png is all I get. It's been doing that for the past 20 somewhat hours.

I've tried every suggested solution, I re-installed it several times, I tried repairing the file in the redist folder
I've done a anti virus scan. Turned my firewall off, checked if I missed any files etc. etc. etc.

All it gives me at the end of the day is just this message...

Genius, on the forums witouth internet ;-;.

Ok my guess is that firewall or a antivirus is blocking freestyle gunz.
Add fgunz to the list of firewall that its not a virus and its accepted.

Are you able to try running FGunZ on another computer? If yes and the error isn't present, that will eliminate your network/internet connection as the cause.

If you're unable to do the above or the error is still present, I'd suggest checking what changes have been made to your computer since the last time the launcher worked fine. Sort of like retracing your steps.

Since the last time I ran FGunZ I haven't downloaded a single program, I don't have access to a diff computer at the moment since everyone is on a holiday an took their shit like laptops with them
One thing though, the last time I ran GunZ was at my dads home yesterday, so it could be my connection, still I don't know what it would be everything else is running just fine.

Has your operating system had any recent updates?

An easy way to check is;

Control Panel > Programs and Features > View Installed Updates. - Or just type "installed updates" in the Start Menus search box. I'm assuming you're on Windows 7.
