Yes and no,
The whole signature is overall decent,Except for the text.
The B of the name is layered at a spot where it is white,The text is light purple to dark purple.The light part is getting consumed by the white shirt of the anime render.
If you could fix that problem then your signature would come out of a score 10/10.


The background fits the render's position and what she is doing ( overall background is themed greatly)
Effects are limited and easy btu it still fits the signature overall good.

As long as the background with the render matches,The only thing you have to do is putting fitting effects,and you are so what done.

Cant agree with you with missing lots of cool effects,the point is that it is viewable and that it looks quite decent.Give the man a break.
