it depends really, in most of my cases i draw everything completely in photoshop.
I can draw traditionally too, but it's just easier if you do it digitally, let me explain both ways:
Traditionally:
-Draw the line art with pencil
-When finished INK the line-art.
-Let it dry and scan it to your computer
-prepare your line-art for photoshop.

- set layer to multiply, and color that shit.
Digitally:
There are no rules to this, it all depends on your own drawing techniques. just draw and have fun with it.

Sorry for offending everyone. I did say to nick, ill fk up his work.
Anyways i decided to finish coloring his portrait, and I just wound up making it glow more '-'
I tried to remove some of the lineart and filled in some uncolored gaps.
