User wasn't hacking. After watching the replay, it looks like his ping went " -- " for a few seconds when he was standing at that one spot in the basements stair, and when his lag sign dissappeared was the moment when he started shooting you and had laggy movements.
It can be looked at both sides which are
N-Stepping - which is when you plug out your internet connection wire for a few seconds and then plug it back in
or Forcelagg - when you get alot of consecutive feedback about your spike/lag, but don't do anything about it and use it as an advantage.
User has received a warning for it.
