Hello, today i am reporting this because this character Crackhead is threatening to kill he me in real life, and harassing me every day constantly. i do not know colors though sorry :/ but here is proof... he is threatening because i gave some one 10 dollars. This has been going on for a few weeks no and i've had enough...

You can't report someone for harassment/flaming if you're also throwing slurs/offensive things/curse words around as well. I've been guilty of trying to do the same thing as a GM against normal players, and it isn't right.
