For consoles you actually need to turn off your router to get to the online menu, then turn on your router to access the online game.

i used to play cod4 competitively, but that was a long time ago and i'm likely bad at it now

last time i tried playing it i was pressin space to go into cover like i'm playing ghost recon, so clearly out of practice.
