I have a feeling admins will delete this just because they dont like to admit their failures, but heh worth a try:

Vote kick ends only when you leave to server lobby not game lobby.
It's just how the game works.

Flag of swap is, i assume, brought on by KDR within a gameroom. They label it "play time" rather than "time in game/lobby" but how it calculates the time is source-code provable. Even without source; easily testable.
I'm sure any dev who know wtf they are talking about can back me up on that one.


--added:
ALSO; its a FLAG!!! its not EVIDENCE! when a player is flagged by an automated system, the proper thing to do is verify it (either with kill logs or chat logs -AND- spectating player)

Okay, so, the proof would be to test the hypothesis. It's extremely simple. I'm vouching here because I know how the timer mechanics work, and I've also perused the source for a bit. I was in the room when this supposed "swapping" happened; Micah's assertion that the timer is in-game time only is unfounded. As far as I can tell, there is zero policy against leaving the room to avoid dying. Swapping, unless somehow the definition of the word has changed to fit the agenda of an admin, is when two or more players have the expressed purpose of gaining free exp by sacrificing themselves to each other. In his case, he isn't swapping per the definition. An asymptotic majority of the kills he earned during his time in glad rooms were fought for. The enemy combatants also wanted him dead...that sounds like normal gameplay to me. The fact that you haven't implmented a controls lockout when someone leaves the room to prevent this from happening (or listing it in the rules) isn't his problem.

Are you trying to write a novel with adjectives squeezed in at any opportunity? Doing this doesn't make you sound eloquent. It makes you seem like a pretentious prick especially on a gaming forum.
Oh and you used asymptotic wrong. We're not in math class.

That aside, looking back at your conversation with Micah, you do have a point. But do you have proof that you left and rejoined?
The log just shows the overall statistics and total play time in that room. For all I know, you could just be making this story up about rejoining after 8-1 when you actually swapped.

Without proper proof, you leave little room for the staff to listen to your claims.
