SplinterCell Blacklist - I played SplinterCell but I don't know if I should try this game. But i'm sure I will download this game.
Payday 2 - I'm going to download this ofc. I love to rob banks but I need to buy the game to play online ;s and I like the masks but the game is weird for me because I never played Payday 1.
Saints Row IV - looks very bad. Futuristic weapons etc. I'm going to download Saints Row 3 because I never tried it only on PS3. Saints Row IV

Can't personally give an opinion about 1 or 3 (Though Saints Row is a series that's beginning to become bleh, but that's just me).
However, Payday 2 is a definite good game. No GOTY, mind you, but definitely a lot of fun, especially with friends. The leveling system and different classes definitely make it that much more unique and tack on some extra hours of gameplay if you want to try each of the different classes.
Again, Payday 2 is strongly recommended if you have others who want to join in on the action. The AI is still... well, it's at least better than it was in the first game.

GTA V is still in 'open discussion' with Rockstar Games and even if it is decided that they will port it to PC, they'll probably remake it instead of porting it (because GTA4 sucked cock on the PC) and we won't see a PC GTA V until a year or so after the console release.
But, my friend that works at Gamestop says that Rockstar is reconsidering their thoughts about next gen consoles and might be re-releasing the game after the PS4/Xbone come out, with more game play and extra stuff + better graphics to fit the new systems.
Payday 2 looks awesome.
