Well it's a great idea and all but unless the amount of votes needed for an item are a LOT more, it probably won't happen.

If it does, Donors will be pissed and leave because they paid $20.00+ for good gear and now people can just vote for it? They'll lose their income.

K. I understand that. But who wants to vote for bad gear? Look at this in the owners' perspectives.

I'd love for this server to be rank 1.

However, There are problems that you don't see / understand:

First off, Rank 1 servers are often the most attacked by hackers. They're under constant DoS attacks and have to deal with a ton of the hackers. They need a top-notch anti-hack, which this server doesn't completely have yet.

Second - Getting rank 1 just requires voting. But how do we get them to vote? With an idea like yours, of course! Give them items for it. There's a problem : We don't want them to be over powered, because then donors will QQ and the server will lose INCOME ( MONEY) and then we'll have a number 1 server that won't ever be online because they can't afford the dedi.

Third - Making them UNDERPOWERED means people won't vote anyway, therefore they put voting items in there for no reason.

Look, your idea is great. Don't start an argument with me, though, because you're a nine-year-old kid who "Loves this server and wants it to be number 1" but doesn't understand that his idea has a ton of complications.

You can vote every day.
Every friday you get your reward (completely random items)
They will last for the weekend and on monday you can vote again till friday

Hey guys im BlueTank. I made this thread becuase sever was down and i was thinking about voting system in our sever.
I have a suggestion depends if you like it or not.

We should have a voting shop. This will keep sever high ranked and be ranked 1 soon. Voting shop can help sever be first on toplist and can help players getting gifts for voting.

Put up some suggestions becuase we need a way to get more votes! :eek:

You know what happens if a server gives reward for votes? maple does the same but over reacts, maple forces server to close down if they reward for votes or they gonna pay a huge amount of money, maiet will do the same, it doesn't seems wise to me, dont do it.

and its free to vote.
