And I started off different than this: I went and actually looked up a tutorial on HOW TO MAKE A PHOTOSHOP SIGNATURE and got one.

Yea. He's new. Maybe he should look up tutorials. People saying "omg so pro 10/10" won't get him anywhere. He'll think he's amazing and keep making tags like that. The only thing that will help him is telling him what's wrong with the tag so he can learn from it.
