After watching the replay, there were no signs of uc'ing but some minor spiking in movements. For an example, take the 2-2 tied round, the user 'Rate' teleported from one place to another and also in the beginning he did float while dashing at a constant rate at the pillar in the same way for a few minutes or could've been a misunderstanding by the character animation when it dashes for too long. In this case, it looked like he was floating because of the ping being steady and then going high all of a sudden. But at very unexpected times. He did have some glitch turns while getting his SG, but still doubt it was UC since his movements went back to normal after a few minutes of lagging.
