LoL is a fun competitive and comprehensive game but sometimes it can get frustrating not knowing what to do!
Going to throw some stuff out there and hopefully you'll take something from it. Enjoy!
Strategies and Tips
1. Play Un-Locked Screen youl'll become an overall better player by doing this. I used to hate being purple side because i played locked screen, if you do this you'll find it more comfortable. Do this by pressing Y.
2. Use Smart Cast. It will save you plenty of time when reacting to fights.

4.Play Defensively when in trouble. Ill explain how this works.

Now if she is taking AP Damage like from Lux or Morgana you would pick up a
5. Look at the team composition and find what you need to build. Your build will sometimes be the same but it most cases it changes every game.
Their team consist of Anivia,Elise, and Thresh those 3 are mainly AP Damage. and Two Physical Damage dealers Graves and LeeSin
Other Tips for a smoother league experience.
1. Try Game Booster it may or may not work.
2. Lower your video settings and experiment
Latency Fixes. Having trouble with random spikes and lag?
!!Warning!! Im not responsible for what you do to your PC this is at your own risk. Make a Backup Restore Point if you do any of these steps below. Im just giving tips and that is all.
1. Uninstall Pando Media Booster
2. leatrix.com (that will help in the most extreme cases)
3. Port Forward with PFconfig @ portforward.com
4. If your using Win7 Go type in search "services" scroll down to "WLAN Auto Config" and disable it if you are not using wireless. ( If your using wireless then dont do this )
5. Having issues with Ping? Try this registry Fix http://www.speedyshare.com/5mJh8/Pingfix.rar
If your not sure what you did. You can always go back to a restore backup point
