In the rar file there should be a ttf file. Open it, then install the font. After installation, open up word/photoshop/paint/gimp/anything, type the name of the font and BOOM you have it.

more specifically on installing the font, I think you just drag the file type mentioned above and right click it whilst on your desktop and pick install, you might even be able to do this from the rar menu, not sure though, otherwise im sure theres a certain fire directory you can find to drag them to and make them work if all else fails.

once i installed the font where can i find it, and after i found it how do i put my own text into it?

Drop text files in your C:\Windows\Fonts folder. That's how I always do it.
