I've seen this guy has been reported multiple times, I have a good recording of him forcelaging in CW. It shows right off the start when he first kills me that his lag glitches out and kills me, it happens within the whole game as well it happened to my partner at a moment needed in cw. His ping would go from 135-280 it would spike throughout the CW. YOU CAN SEE VERY WELL IN THE RECORDING WATCHING HIM he continues to CW even though he knows he spikes ..
EDIT: As you can see in the video everytime he tries to fight someone he get's so laggy .. then when he does his wall climbs and everywhere else hes fine. Quoted by Cobra on another report by someone
