yesterday i was playing ,my FPS was 500 ,when i opended the game today my FPS was 100 and 150 i put new windows and i checked the game again then nothing changed
i Scanned my PC still nothing changes
can you help me please

Restart your computer and then disable all un-needed background procceses like google chrome (may cause lagg on old computers).

Tell me your computer specifications, previous operating system, and what operating system you are using right now.

Well if nothing helps, I personally would restore my computer to the last saved back-up/update.

Depends if its windows 8 I had that problem with i downloaded a program called dxtory and set my fps to 250 and it finally worked
try that and see if it works
