Over-saturated at parts and could use a bit better blending around certain areas. Also, lighting is off and scattered.

I like it. Its very vibrant and lively. It has many colors but still has a focal point of one specific color(blue), and the shading of Stitch actually makes the image distinguishable in the image. I think it's great ^^ I hate that font, but it fits with the picture fine so I'm not going to pick on that8/10

ahh the good old days =x This was one of my favorite television shows as a child.
Your signature needs a lot of work.It's way to clustered.
blur the background(just a little so stitch is more of the focus)
over saturation as rhy stated.
there are some blurred areas that are just ruining it imo.
overall 6/10.
