[NT] Room Mod

After joining game after game with people trolling, spamming etc i had an idea which i think could solve a lot of problems, a room mod for No Talking [NT]
I think this could benefit players who just want to focus on playing the game rather than having to deal with some of the annoying aspects of chat in-game.
For example, I'm sure most people have experienced this; being in a duel room and the 2 people playing talk for the entire round, so you have to wait for them to finish their pointless conversation, but with this room mod, people can enjoy the game the way they'd prefer it and would reduce the amount of people who ego, flame, spam, troll etc.

Tell me what you think of this idea, do you agree or disagree?
