It just seems too clustered and complicated. i didn't actually know what it was at first glance, till i read the thread title. i suggest either desaturating some of the red around the render or add a Gaussian blur to the whole thing, except the render.

Kind of looks like some hymen blood has leaked all over the signature, the render and the background don't really mesh well together especially in the part where it transitions on the right side of him to the background
