Hey guys i got some problems with my internet

Your internet speed depends on:
- The internet package you bought at your internet service provider.
- If you're on wireless, wired is more reliable and you get a higher speed on a wired connection.
- It's also possible that you are infected and that a trojan/virus is abusing your connection. (Do a full system scan with Malwarebytes)
- Restart your modem/router.

how can i upgrade that things ??
and before this .... computer i had a laptop much newr than this one and it had much more download speed and upload speed that laptop died XD and now i need to play for a while on this .... computer i want to play normal and not with 1 fps and i wanna download normal not with this what i got atm
