After watching the replay, it has come up to a conclusion that he is not shotbotting and just has good aim. As you can see, there's been no shots that he has fired upon the opposing team that must have looked suspicious through out the whole recording, but it didn't according to me. Prior to the evidence you have included, if you want to be adamant on your point and prove that he is shotbotting, please feel free to report again.
