nice ^^, i like the fact that you have putten alot of effort into it, i would just change the fading frames of the hand when the blade becomes unsheathed.

But imo i would never use a Gunz Render cuz they are so low detailed and ugly..

Fixed some stuff
But somehow i cant fix the speed issue thingy ...
I gues its caus they are big Images 600*300pixel

It's not as fast as you wanted it to be? Set it to move at faster frames/second..

Thats the Problem.
The animation has 10 Frames
The first has 2500 MSecs and the 6 has 5000 MSecs.
All other Frames are set on 0 MSecs.
