You've improved but here's some tips and things I've noticed:

    - Although the border is stylish, it doesn't really match (but I see you use it on all your siggies)
    - Multiple light sources are ....weird? Makes it uncertain of where the main light is, and it's about too strong d:
    -Low Quality? :0
-The render and the flower thingies need some blending (blurs/smudge/etc.)
-The optical flare doesn't really match

I'm happy you started to use shadows on the edges tho xd

    Hope you improve moar~

The render is the focal point, therefore it shouldn't be blurred, only blur the edges and bg :p and by blending just putting blur on it isn't enough, it looks like two seperate images slapped together d:
One thing I forgot to mention were gradient maps and photo filters, so try use them to piece them together

Alright so the balls of blue light, make sure that they have a flow, meaning your light source isn't a ball it has direction. Second, stop using that much blur. Blur is better in photographs, a sig should be a small appealing graphic display. I like the placement of the c4d, but be careful, using others renders will make you learn less. Try picking up the pen tool and the pencil tool. I think you can learn a lot. the darkness of the signature is very distracting, and so it is the blue horizontal line that's on the right hand side. I hope this helps =)
