No, this report didn't get ignore , and I'm quoting:
User was agent error to you according your YouTube video. When your opponent or your team mate is (--) ping that means connection between you and the user failed.
There are different types of reports when you see the lag sign above a characters head:
1. User is N-Stepping, check my thread "All you have to know before reporting", read it to clarify what's N-Stepping.
2. User is forcelagging or forcespiking you see the user going here and there.
But if the user doesn't move and your opponent has the lag sign above his head, that means he's AE to you. (--) ping to you.
As Jaipal said, we do not support YouTube videos, please use the (F11) function to record an actual replay system and take minimum of two screenshot of your opponents ping.
