Indeed, providing a replay which is only 10 seconds long.
I will explain why I am going to decline this, the user could have just joined and NAT was established between you and him. Once NAT is successfully established, user appears in his current position, now since you provided a 10 seconds replay, I cannot tell if he was N-Stepping or if there was NAT. Unfortunately replays do not show any NAT messages, so I can't give him a warning. There's also no record of the user N-Stepping.
