Try removing your cookies.
In fact, might not be a problem on your side at all. It usually happens when a secondary usergroups upload limit is set at 0 for the value of unlimited. (Had a problem similar to this on a forum I was on a while ago)Originally Posted by A L I S E A

I auto clear my entire history, cookies, etc. at the close of every browser session.. This error has been occuring since the dawn of time for me. Or maybe just since a forum upgrade, not sure. Either way, I upload to sites its just the point sometimes I want to just upload the image directly from url or directory
