Not sure if it is a bug but the location of the "Redirecting" isn't logical.
I think the "redirecting" should be lower -> at the black box.
Another thing that I have found is the TimeZone.
When you change your TimeZone for example to GMT+2 (My country):
The forum gets GMT+3 (I don't know why):
I checked if this "bug" works only at my timezone (GMT+2) and it wasn't , every timezone that I tested got 1 hour more:
I chose GMT-6 ^ and here's the result (GMT-5 1 hour more as I explained):
