It is bit too dark but it's cool, the c4ds you used are very well chosen and fit for the whole theme. Now the light on his rifle doesn't look good. It is all dark and it should stay like that. You might have meant to make it look like he's shooting, but it's just not that cool. You could also use some blur on the background. The two buildings look like they're at the same distance from the render, they shouldn't. You can also add some lights around him that blends well with the c4ds and with a text laying anywhere near him it should look just awesome. Good work.
