Any programs?

I'm still kind of new in all of this develop work. I just want to know is there any good free programs to make GunZ interfaces and loading screen? I just want to know so i can practice.

There's not any program that can build GunZ database basically. But you can try taking another server's database on RageZone, Gamerz Needs or Gamerz Planet and decompile them using an .MRS Decompiler.
