After watching the replay, I wouldn't say the user is shotbotting. Out of all the rounds, there is only 3 rounds of the whole replay where he was alive and was using his revolvers, but it's kind of hard to tell because as you had stated "he barely used pistols.." and was mainly using his sniper the whole time. There were moments where he was a bit suspicious with the way he aimed and shot at odd times where he was camping with his sniper. Half of the replay digitally shows nothing but him remaining dead for the majority of time and doesn't really add-on to the proof.

Therefore, it has come up to a decision that he is not using shotbot.
