    I was inspired by whoever made 11 in SOTW#2 (although I always wanted to try out this style) and want to thank him for making me finally do it XD

    This is the first time I've ever attempted this but it turned out pretty nice ;3

    There is a lot of misuse of blur here. In my opinion you shouldn't partially blur things in the foreground AND background when you're not actually trying to create depth. As a result the background looks kinda "muddy" in a way. The colors overall are kind of lacking but its an interesting style. Keep experimenting with it I'm sure you can take it somewhere.

    Ye, I blurred it so that it looks like it's moving or something, I'll make a V2 later
