I played a server where they did that, infact this is the only server i know of that doesn't do this. Whatever it may make for a creative combo.

snipers have dont do any decent damage or any damage on me when i am moving around ..but i think the bullets should be more 4/8 cause its more balance just increase the delay more if its not
