Donor meds useless?

So, I find that the donor meds are completely useless seeing as the gay vials / pills or whatever they're called are much more efficient to use. By the time I finish with 1hp med and 1ap med, the person using the vials are either full or 3/4 full which is kinda ridiculous, and these are the shop vials, not the donor ones which worries me a lot.
So let's debate, should they be removed? Should they be nerfed? Or should the donor meds be buffed?

Nerfed, they are over-powered. With donor vials you would probably get full HP if you're red. >.>.
