Even if screenshots shows that Maoli's ping and Daniss's ping isn't stable, according from the replays you provided they were not spiking. About mami159 and Taratula, they were not even in the replay.
Your report is too sloppy to deal with.
1. Provide correct replays matching with your screenshots.
2. Use [IMG] [/IMG] tags to show full screenshots so we the staff members do not have to click on the links everytime.
