Could you please upload your dxdiag file on www.pastebin.com and share your link here?
Also, what did you mean by "I can play *gunz with 300 fps but my fgunz is 18 fps"?

To run dxdiag;
1. Start => Run => Type in "dxdiag" & click "Yes"

i think he ment, Usually i got 300 fps, and now all of a sudden i got 18 on fgunz i guess.

not sure.
