However, even he uses that VPN, I believe it's blocked in-game and your internet connection starts to screw up.
In his case, he is trying to access with his own IP instead of using VPN so just wait until Dave responds.

No, it is not blocked in game, i can play in game, but cannot access the website. that is all. lmao
