Run the launcher as administrator.

The account im on is administrator. do i have to do something specific to make it run as admin?
Right click the launcher.
Click on "Run as Administrator"

Hey there, why don't you try checking the "Launcher.exe" file. Maybe some thing is wrong, One question though. Is this in-game or the launcher? If it's the launcher i can help

This only happens if you did not run the installer as administrator. You should just run the launcher and everything will be fine.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
