If you decided to make the light coming out of the moon, you need to tone it down. You also need to reflect in the water what you did with the sky, maybe on lower opacities. (You could use some kind of filter to make it look like it's a real reflection, because in real life, water would be moving and the reflection would blurred).

I actually did try and reflect it in the water, but then I guess I buried it too much. Also forgot to reflect the light on it too...
