When you join a room the chat will show all active modifiers affecting the room.
Im not sure if we also need to put a prompt in that tells the player what mods are active before he can play.
Would annoy ppl more than anything.

The same thing happens for the [LEAD] tag. If it annoys people then couldn't a "Do not show this message again" alert be added as well?

I was thinking instead of making it a message box just to make it text when you join a room, that's a little more efficient but then again people never really read that do they?
