okay so i was playing then i d/ced and out of no where my accounts password dosent work i made sure caps was off and everything it just dosent work then i tried agian the next day still dosent work.. okay my account is lvl 80 full donor and i NEEED help

server was online both days... and i assure you i wasnt glitching or hacking... plus it didnt say i was banned it said incorrect username or pass
since ur a gm can u unban me if i was banned for no reason o.o (sorry for double post :[ but im scurred)
