The background is still too blured (for me) and the dark areas on the bottom should be a little less dark. not to mention the text. Youre improving alot tho!

You know Rhysin once said something about idiots repeating useful comments with other words, he just used fancy vocabulary and put it together really well. I didn't get him until now.

No offense to all but I've only used the blur tool ( one stroke on top ) I don't get how it is too blurred?
