Contrails are produced by the excretion of water vapor when combustion is produced in the jet engine. It is common chemistry to understand that when breaking down a fossil fuel (aka petrol) water is given off as well as heat. Cloud seeding may be a thing, but to have this lady go on Rush Limbaugh and talk about things she doesn't even know if silly, and if she would have researched it, would know the cloud seeding is used as a method to change weather patterns, not a whole fcking climate, that is impossible. Climates work on a much larger scale than a single weather pattern, and if flying a plane through the sky with a few chemicals could change global warming, I assure you, we would have done it already. She goes on to say that the CIA made her write an agreement dealing with her actions. What in the world is that about. The CIA is an intelligence organization, why would they even touch "chemtrails".

Honestly, this is the reason federal funding to science education shouldn't be cut, people start spouting random stuff about stuff they don't even understand.
