It might be your firewall/antivirus blocking gunz, add gunz to the exception list in both your firewall and antivirus.

Your firewall or anti-virus software is blocking the incoming and outgoing traffic of Freestyle GunZ.
Add gunz.exe (inside your FGunZ folder) to the exception list of your firewall and anti-virus software and restart FGunZ.

That happens to me as well sometimes, try restarting gunz a few times and if that doesn't work, restart computer and turn off your modem for 20 seconds then turn both back on.
