I'm using a noobie mouse Logitech M100 and I use max sensitivity but it's still slow as fck, not used to it, any idea how can I increase the sensitivity even more?

You could try just changing the sensitivity of the mouse completely, which by doing so you go into your Start menu, typing mouse in the search bar, clicking what pops up, look for the tab called pointers, and adjusting the speed there.

Already did that and it's slow as fck, I play Osu with high sensitivity and I'm used to it's sensitivity there, when I stop playing it, the windows speed one sucks hard.

There is no other way to do it, if you do run windows 8 the only way to get a faster movement in your mouse is to buy a new mouse.

A gaming mouse has adjustable DPI's to change the movement speed of the cursor.
I would recommend the razer abyssus since it's very cheap and has adjustable dpi's up till 3500 dpi.

I can't afford buying a new mouse at the moment, I believe you know the reason why.
