Before you follow this guide, if you are using vista, please refer to this Thread.

Glitches/Errors Hit ctrl+f to and type in the letter and number before yours. Ex: 1a, 2a, 3a, 4a...

1a - Installing error bgm.XFC
2a - Launcher starts but game doesn't after clicking start.
3a - My antivirus detects fgunz as a virus.
4a - There is no sound ingame.
5a - There are no servers in the server list or I cannot connect.
6a - Every time I join a game I get NAT connection or Agent Error
7a - I can no longer login to my account or I forgot my password.
8a - 'Gunz launcher was not found'
9a - Game crashes during/after loading.
10a - Launcher crashes after pressing start.

1a - Download someone's pre-Installed Fgunz.
2a - Add svchost.exe and gunzlauncher.exe from your fgunz folder onto your antivirus-

3a - Fgunz is not a virus. Follow 2a.
4a - Download and unpack this into your Fgunz folder.
5a - You may be banned or the server may currently be down. Check fgunz.net, if you can connect, the server is simply down.
6a - Open your ingame options, go to miscellaneous, and change your Ports from 1-8000, restart fgunz. If this does not work, a DMZ routing guide can be found in this topic.
7a - If your account was made before February of 2010, it has been deleted. If yours was not and you still cannot log in, then click here and whisper him your account name, and that you don't remember your password. He will give you your password if it is your account.
8a - Reinstall with your antivirus disabled.
9a - Update all hardware drivers.
10a - Download this and put it inside your fgunz folder.

IF THESE DO NOT WORK, DO THE FOLLOWING:

- Restart PC
- Uninstall, Reinstall FgunZ
- Allow FgunZ on Anti-Virus
- Turn off your Anti-Virus
- Get a Gunzlauncher from another player
- Download the Archive as well as the Installer from the downloading section on the site.
- Deleting ALL files except for gunzlauncher the fgunz folder and running it.
- For Vista, trying to run as admin and following http://www.petri.co.il/disable_uac_in_windows_vista.htm

Then, make a topic.

Do I click on windows firewall in control panel and then go to exceptions and go to add program and then find the fgunz folder and click ok?

Fgunz did work but I formatted my computer so it doesn't work any more.

Believe I fixed it. Tell me if I did something wrong. The lines can't be fixed ;P.

You missed the one between the bottom X9 - and the rest of the text.

Do you have two firewalls up..? Do you have comodo or norton? If not, then do the windows firewall one. Add the entire folder if you can. If you can't, then just add those three files.
