Haven't watched the replay but if it's all about a regular player being a ghost (invisible), that happens when the user dies and a staff member respawns him right away.
The user will revive but won't be visible to neither regular players, nor staff members.

It is basically a one way AE. Even though everyone else could see that guy he couldn't see the last person that was playing on the other team.. The last person was having AE to him even though to everyone else he wasn't having AE. The issue could be simply fixed if the person rejoins. Next time you see that happening just whisper the person and kindly ask them to rejoin.
